I had the best stay at this amazing accommodation in Europe. The self-contained unit had a beautiful water terrace that allowed me to enjoy the lively canal traffic. The location couldn't have been more perfect, right in the heart of Utrecht. The check-in process was smooth and the owner, John, was incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Slapen Onder De Dom for a short stay in Utrecht.

Perfect location in the heart of the city, with great beer bars, Michelin-rated restaurants, and boutique coffee houses nearby. The room was unique and had a comfortable bed, modern bathroom, and thoughtful details. We loved sitting outside, watching the lively canal traffic and waving to passing boats. Plus, the host was friendly and stored our bags before check-in.

The stairs to the room from street level were steep and not suitable for those with mobility issues. , the check-in process was not clear, causing some confusion for guests.

Unique experience staying by the canal with beautiful views of boats and birds. Well-equipped room with a good bathroom/shower and kitchenette. Enjoyed spending time on the terrace, even had a take-away dinner there. Fantastic host who went above and beyond to help with heavy bags and provide excellent service. Excellent location and spacious, clean room with a sitting area and dining table. Loved having outdoor furniture and umbrella for enjoying the canal.

Despite a few minor inconveniences, like wet stairs and a slight smell from the construction project, these didn't overshadow the overall wonderful experience. we highly recommend Slapen Onder De Dom for a truly memorable stay.

lovely stay in utrecht, perfect base to explore. exceptional customer service from the hosts. facilities were excellent, including well-stocked bathroom and cooking facilities. hairdryer even had a diffuser! a great new place run by kind people, right by the canal. many food places nearby.

We had a great time staying in a unique setting, close to everything. The bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable, and the room had almost everything we needed. Being able to sit on the patio by the canal and watch the boats go by was an amazing experience.

The check-in process could have been clearer, as we had some confusion and another guest even mistook our room for the main office. It would have been helpful if this had been communicated beforehand.

The location of the hotel was unbeatable. It was situated right by the canal, offering a beautiful view and a private area to sit and enjoy a drink. the hotel was located in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and bars.

The noise from the street and passersby overhead was quite disruptive, especially late into the night. It made it difficult to get a good night's sleep and relax in the room.
